Our plots are mainly 50*100 which is an 1/8 acre
Is the title deed freehold or on the lease?
Our title deeds are all freehold; you own the property and the land it’s built on for as long as you want
Is the price of the plot inclusive of the title deed transfer charges?
Yes. There are no hidden charges.
Which are your modes of payments?
We have a Cash Option whereby if you pay within the first 2 weeks, we give you a 5,000 shopping voucher. We also have an Installment plan of 6 months with no accumulating interest.
Our site visits are every Wednesday and Saturday
